In this course, participants will learn to create decision models, extract powerful insights, and learn key techniques to present the results to those who make complex decisions. We will explore the principles of making good decisions under uncertainty, quantifying judgment about future events using probabillities, valuing a decision taking into account risk aversion, determining the value of additional data, and avoiding common pitfalls when using data in strategic decision making.
