SDG Client to Recount Journey Toward Organizational Decision Quality at Conference
SAN MATEO, Calif. (March 13, 2017) — Naoki Shimoda, a partner at management consulting firm Strategic Decisions Group (SDG), and Chris Lang of Texas-based Golden Spread Electric Cooperative (GSEC) will speak about the electric cooperative’s progress toward implementing organizational decision quality at the SDP 2017 DAAG Conference in New Orleans this week.
Shimoda and Lang will present “On the Path to Organizational Decision Quality: Successes and Challenges of an Electric Cooperative” at the three-day conference, considered the premier annual event for decision professionals.
GSEC began its transformation in 2015, using decision quality as a foundation for integrating decision making, risk management, and strategic planning. The speakers will highlight the journey, discussing not only the pitfalls and successes encountered to date but also the challenges that remain in the organization’s quest to integrate decision quality into the corporate culture.
