Carl Spetzler and Bruce Judd to Lead SDP Workshop at 2017 DAAG Conference
SAN MATEO, Calif. (February 8, 2017) – Global management consulting firm Strategic Decisions Group (SDG) of San Mateo, California, renowned for its expertise in decision making for greater value creation, announced today that CEO Carl Spetzler and partner and managing director Bruce Judd will lead a pre-conference workshop, “Building Organizational Decision Quality,” at the upcoming SDP 2017 DAAG Conference.
Considered the premier annual event for decision professionals, the SDP 2017 DAAG Conference and pre-conference workshops will be March 16-17 and March 15 respectively at the Hyatt Centric French Quarter Hotel, New Orleans, Louisiana. The three-day meeting, a production of the Society of Decision Professionals (SDP) and the Decision Analysis Affinity Group (DAAG), will bring together decision professionals and decision makers from multiple industries to share ideas, successes, and failures around the theme of building better organizations through improved understanding and appreciation of cultural influences and constraints, the ability to develop and expeditiously act on acceptable creative choices, and the wherewithal to actively affect and adapt to change.
In their pre-conference “Building Organizational Decision Quality” workshop, Drs. Spetzler and Judd will focus on the benefits of organizational decision quality (ODQ) and ways to achieve it. They will facilitate breakout sessions and other opportunities for participants to learn from each other, including discussion of challenges faced and case studies from organizations recognized for their achievements in ODQ.
