Strategic Agenda Workshops
A privately held corporation that operates more than 900 restaurants in airports and shopping malls in more than 20 countries engaged SDG to conduct a series of Strategic Agenda Workshops to prioritize critical issues and agree on those most likely to need management attention.
A strategic agenda workshop is an opportunity for senior executives to spend time in a series of carefully designed retreats and workshops to surface the most critical strategic issues facing the corporation, prioritize those that need immediate attention, and gain alignment on a path forward.
In the course of these workshops, SDG helped the organization identify and prioritize key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing international franchising operations and financial performance. The corporation used the initiatives to develop a multi-year action plan outlining a strategy for transforming the international franchise supply chain to accommodate rapid growth in Europe and Asia.
