A startup technology developer wanted to demonstrate the commercial viability of a newly developed proprietary renewable energy technology to investors.
The developer approached SDG to develop a growth strategy and to address the feasibility of the market for the new technology.
SDG responded by analyzing the market receptivity and need for the technology, evaluating existing and potential competitors, and assessing competing technologies. We refined financial and non-financial aspects of the business plan. Customer segments were differentiated and analyzed separately to ascertain needs, price points, and constraints to purchasing the technology.
