City Center Master Plan Feasibility

SDG advised a consortium leading the master planning and redevelopment of a 5 million-square-meter city center on the project's overall feasibility, strategy, financial structuring and analysis, and local government relationships.

The project incorporated a phased development strategy to match market demand and maximize  value creation and investor returns.

Working closly with urban planners, architects, cost estimators, transportation consultants, and advisors, SDG developed an integrated strategy for the project that incorporated a phased development strategy to match market demand and maximize  value creation and investor returns.

As part of the engagement, incentives were developed to encourage property owners in the project area to pool their interests in a  development company formed as public-private partnership between the consortium, the property owners, and local government.
