Stanford Certificate Program:
Strategic Decision and Risk Management

Replay Webcast Now

Today, managers and staff at all levels of the corporation are participating in making critical strategic decisions. The quality of these decisions shapes the direction and success of your organization. Although decision-making is the core skill of successful executives, there is ample evidence it is in short supply.

The Stanford Center for Professional Development, in partnership with Strategic Decisions Group, has created a new certificate program, Strategic Decision and Risk Management, to give professionals the insights and tools to sharpen their own decision-making skills and to lead others in reaching sound decisions. The program begins with courses in June.

In this eBriefing, we discuss how you can acquire skills and knowledge of effective strategic decision-making and risk management by earning the Stanford Strategic Decision and Risk Management Certificate. Speakers include Dr. Ronald A. Howard of Stanford University, the academic director of the program, and program director Carl Spetzler of Strategic Decisions Group.
