Our experience is broad. During the savings and loan crisis in the early 1990s, we helped financial institutions with an unusually high percentage of non-performing real estate loans determine the value and optimal workout strategies for their properties – as well as determining the value of the portfolio as a whole. Our work recognizes correlations among assets that can influence the value under different economic scenarios, providing a foundation for decision-making required to effectively manage and optimize a real estate portfolio.
