For a unionized paper mill in the Pacific Northwest, SDG led a two-year effort to transform the way the mill does its work and delivers value. This work included restructuring the leadership of the mill and building the skills necessary to successfully lead the transformation, redesigning the way paper is made and maintenance is performed, and building new visions for making pulp and developing new products. This effort was designed to deliver the $20 million annual bottom-line improvement that was needed to make the mill viable in the long term.
