Offered through the Stanford Center for Professional Development in partnership with SDG, Decision Leadership is an elective course in the prestigious Stanford Certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management. It builds on the concepts of Decision Quality and the Dialogue Decision Process, with a focus on the role of the decision leader.
Designed for managers who must lead a group to a decision, the course starts by defining the decision leader's crucial role. Participants will have the opportunity to lead meetings at various stages of the Dialogue Decision Process, with practice in facilitation, managing group dynamics, and improving decision quality.
Decision Quality in Organizations is a prerequisite for this course.
