Examine the behavioral elements of strategic decisions and risk management. Topics include the psychological models and underlying processes of decision-making, the effects of emotions in decision-making, and perceptions of fairness. You will learn about biases and other behavioral decision traps and means of reducing bias, calibrating judgments, and performing probability assessments with experts.
