Welcome to the Strategic Decisions Group Executive Education home page. SDG offers courses for our clients and professional colleagues to help them build internal capabilities in decision analysis and in SDG's decision-making process, the Dialogue Decision Process. These courses have benefited thousands of executives, managers, and analysts, and have provided the foundation for internal decision support centers.

Last year, SDG began a partnership with the Stanford Center for Professional Development to offer a certificate program in Strategic Decision and Risk Management. The program consists of a curriculum of noncredit 2½-day courses that combine Stanford's academic and research depth with SDG's track record of decision and risk management in business.
