SDG assisted a major chemical company in implementing a value-focused strategic decision-making process throughout the corporation. The process incorporates much of SDG’s Dialogue Decision Process as well as best practices from other consulting firms.

Working with corporate staff, SDG consultants designed and led courses to train company analysts in the process. They then coached business teams, using the process for the first time to set strategy. Business managers report that the process gives them a much clearer understanding of the critical issues surrounding their strategic choices, and generates strong consensus in the decision-making process.
