Mary Lea Kirven
Managing Director
Ms. Kirven is Managing Director of Strategic Decisions Group, responsible for day-to-day consulting operations. Prior to assuming this role, she was a consultant experienced in strategy development, corporate change management, and portfolio risk analysis. She has worked in the financial services, real estate, oil and gas, transportation, and utility industries. Her experience also includes new business development and relationship management at Bankers Trust Company.
Ms. Kirven received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and a BA in economics from Smith College.
