David Barker
Principal Consultant
Mr. Barker is a management consultant with 27 years of experience in strategic, organizational, and commercial planning. In his former position at Arthur D. Little, Inc., he took part in a wide variety of energy industry projects, including feasibility studies, supply/demand and price scenarios, and strategy and organization studies in the oil, natural gas, utility, and petrochemical industries.
Mr. Barker was previously held various positions in supply/distribution and marketing planning at Mobil Oil Corporation in London and New York. During his career he has worked in the petroleum industry in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.
Mr. Barker holds an MA in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford.
