Our aim is to hire the finest people and provide them with the environment in which they can do their best work. All consulting staff members have advanced technical degrees, business degrees, or both – in fact, we have more PhDs on staff than most university graduate programs. Our senior consultants have helped define the professional practice of decision analysis and risk management, and our staff includes many of the industry’s most recognized and published experts.

SDG’s founders wanted to create a culture where individual judgment could take the place of policies and where ability would be rewarded with advancement.
