Cost and Schedule Risk Management of Large Capital Projects
In the current economic environment, large-scale capital projects – those facing tremendous risk due to their long time horizons, complexity, and resource requirements – will continue to experience sizable cost overruns or schedule delays without rigorous analysis and thoughtful management of risk.
Strategic Decisions Group and the Collaboratory for Research on Global Projects at Stanford University join to present this one-hour webinar on what can go wrong with large capital projects, what managers can do about it, and how to capture the opportunities and manage the risks.
Speakers
Christopher Dann, of Strategic Decisions Group, has more than 12 years of experience leading management teams.
