Enterprise Risk Management
In this 2½-day course, examine ways to identify excessive risk exposure, manage enterprise risk, and delineate clear roles for the board, senior executives, chief risk officers, line executives, and risk management staff.
The course takes an enterprise perspective that begins with the primary factors that determine --and erode-- shareholder value. Understand how to apply decision analysis tools to manage risk and create value by embracing risk. You will learn how to protect and enhance value through use of risk management tools such as real options, risk sharing, hedging, and insurance.
