— filed under:

Explore the processes and tools necessary to assist people and organizations in decision-making in this 2½-day course.

  • Explore current organizational approaches to decision-making and the resulting failure modes
  • Internalize the elements of DQ (frame, information, reasoning, alternatives, values, commitment)
  • Practice the dialogue process — framing, generating alternatives, evaluation, deciding — for making strategic decisions
  • Discover how to achieve organizational decision competency.

Offered through the Stanford Center for Professional Development in partnership with SDG.
