Work in a small team on a complex decision problem from start to finish in this 2½-day course.
Unite all the concepts and practices from the two SDRM required courses (Decision Quality and Decision Analysis) and Modeling for Strategic Insight in a simulated decision process. Learn how to make a strategic decision in the face of risk and uncertainty within a challenging organizational setting. In this interactive course, you will work in teams, with considerable coaching, and practice:
- Framing the decision
- Facilitating decision teams and decision-makers
- Assessing risk and uncertainty
- Analyzing alternative strategies
- Communicating effectively to achieve clarity and commitment to action.
Prerequisites: Decision Quality, Decision Analysis, Modeling for Strategic Insight
