Public Courses & Workshops
Through our partnership with the Stanford Center for Professional Development and our own curriculum honed over 27 years, SDG offers public courses and workshops designed to build individual capabilities in decision analysis and in SDG's decision-making methodology, the Dialogue Decision Process. These courses have benefited thousands of executives, managers, and analysts, and have provided the foundation for internal decision support centers.

We offer a variety of education programs: noncredit 2½-day courses presented through the Stanford Strategic Decision and Risk Management certificate program; public courses conducted around the world; and 2-week, in-depth classes on decision analysis and decision consulting. The 2-week course, in particular, is prized by our clients for quickly bringing up to speed new members of internal decision support organizations when on-site training is not practical.
