As a management consulting firm, SDG works with multinational companies to develop and implement strategies that deliver profits and growth. But we are not a typical consulting firm, and being a part of SDG is not a typical career.
Our consultants make a difference — both on projects for clients and internally in helping shape SDG’s direction and culture. Our small project teams give consultants exposure to the top executives of the world’s leading companies. Our “free market” staffing system allows consultants to participate in choosing the projects that will enable them to grow and learn. We also believe that demanding careers must — and can — be balanced with other interests.
