SDG's consulting practice was founded in 1981 in Menlo Park, California, near Stanford University. Over the subsequent three decades, the firm established its reputation for assisting decision makers during times of rapid change, when uncertainty and risk are great and the potential for value creation is high.
Our primary office in Palo Alto, Calif., is home to more than 50 consultants, affiliates, and staff. In addition, we have consultants throughout the U.S. in many major metropolitan areas.
Our North American consulting team has a range of experience, working successfully with Fortune 500, multinational corporations particularly in energy, chemicals, financial services, real estate, transportation, and consumer products. Our services has evolved to meet the needs of our multinational clients, and now include enterprise risk management, corporate portfolio strategy, business unit strategy, and organizational decision-process transformation. We recruit our staff in North America from premier graduate programs at Stanford, Harvard, Dartmouth, and other leading management institutions.
