SDG established its base in India and Asia-Pacific in 1997, and today has a multi-sector practice across the region. Our India and Asia-Pacific consulting team has a range of experience, working successfully with multinational corporations, joint ventures, professional organizations and family businesses. Our industry experience is deep particularly in infrastructure, energy, construction, mining, engineering, real estate, special economic zones, transportation, airports, life sciences, agribusiness, chemicals, and consumer products.
For these clients, SDG's India and Asia-Pacific Practice provides a wide array of consulting services with an emphasis on those most relevant to the region: corporate portfolio strategy, business unit strategy, resource allocation, Enterprise Risk Management, M&A, post-merger integration, strategy execution support, and organizational development.
Our staff in India is drawn from premier Indian and global educational institutions including the Indian Institutes of Management, Indian Institutes of Technology, Harvard, INSEAD, and the University of Chicago. Our staff has extensive experience in consulting and in industry, and two-fifths of our staff members have significant international experience, including work in Europe and the United States.
