Mr. Shirodkar has advised the boards and top management of leading infrastructure and resources conglomerates on issues such as portfolio strategy, resource allocation, growth strategy, bidding and M&A, annual planning, project implementation, and organization transformation. He has supported client organizations across India, the US, Europe, China, Africa, and Southeast Asia.
Mr. Shirodkar pioneered the novel concept of strategic partnerships with rapidly growing companies to help them capitalize on the expansion in India’s infrastructure sector while building the requisite internal processes and capabilities. He has replicated the partnership model at various clients seeking to manage rapid growth.
Mr. Shirodkar has published articles in internationally reputed business journals as well as thought leadership articles in the Indian business press.
Mr. Shirodkar completed his MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and has a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the VJTI, Mumbai. He heads SDG’s office in Mumbai.
