Christopher Dann
For more than 12 years, Mr. Dann has had experience leading management teams through a facilitated, structured strategic planning process designed to build organizational alignment and to enable exceptional decision-making. His primary emphasis has been in energy and infrastructure, but he has worked in industries as diverse as utilities, telecommunications, and consumer goods.

His work has been focused in three main areas:
- Corporate strategic planning in Fortune 500 domestic and multinational companies, including the development of growth strategies through mergers and acquisitions and new venture creation
- Enterprise risk management and risk analysis of large capital investments in energy and infrastructure, including cost and schedule risk analysis of nuclear power plant construction
- Restructuring-, commercialization-, and privatization-related consulting engagements for government organizations and private companies in South America, Asia, and the Middle East.
Mr. Dann, who began his affiliation with SDG in 2004, was previously a principal at Charles River Associates and an associate director at Arthur D. Little. He holds a master’s degree in economics from the London School of Economics and a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Berkeley. He has earned a certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management at Stanford University’s Center for Professional Development.
