David Barker
David Barker is a management consultant with 27 years of experience in strategic, organizational, and commercial planning in the energy industry.
In his former position at Arthur D. Little, Inc., he participated in a wide variety of energy industry projects, including feasibility studies, supply/demand and pricing scenarios, and strategy and organization studies in the oil, natural gas, utility, and petrochemical industries.
Mr. Barker previously held various positions in supply/distribution and marketing planning at Mobil Oil Corporation in London and New York. During his career he has worked in the petroleum industry in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Far East.
He holds an MA in philosophy, politics, and economics from the University of Oxford.
