Strategic consulting is as much art as science, a balance reflected in the background of SDG’s staff. We attract consultants with rigorous analytic capabilities, deep business and industry knowledge, and training in management and organizational skills.

We maintain a flat organizational structure and, although you’ll find biographies of many of our partners and senior staff below, we recognize that our company’s success is built on the invaluable talents and contributions of our entire staff.
